The Self-Adjusting Brake Assemblies like # AKEBRK-7-SA will still have a manual adjuster to allow you to relieve the brake shoe pressure. You need to simply remove the plug on the back of the assembly and adjust the manual dial using a small screwdriver or brake adjuster spoon # W80630. Be sure to not over adjust because it will be a pain to get them off.
